Design Principles
Truwater cooling tower design engineers administer the most stringent of standards in their cooling tower designs to conform to the strict performance parameters of the Cooling Tower Institute (CTI) and ASHRAE 90. The new range has been specifically designed to comply to Australian Standards. Our technical design capability is kept right on the cutting edge of technology not only with ongoing programs of research and development but also with continuous evaluation of new design concepts and materials.
Research & Development
Truwater’s R&D program has developed a new line of cross-flow and counter-flow cooling towers that conforms to the Cooling Tower Institute (CTI) with CTI STD-201 and 202 Certification
Our latest development in 3-D modelling has enabled us and our clients to visualise in a better perspective their cooling towers even before the cooling tower physically takes shape on site.
Our Products
EC-S Series
EC-S Series is an induced draft counter-flow, film filled, FRP multi-cell square cooling tower designed for equipment cooling, industrial process cooling and air conditioning applications.
The EC-S Series Cooling Tower is designed to meet maximum performance and reliability, and minimum maintenance.
IEC-S Series
IEC-S Series is an extension of induced draft counter-flow CTI Certified EC-S Series integrating the EC motors technology. with starter, controller, motor protection and EMI filters.
It will directly drive the high efficiency impeller with speed control and inputs from sensors for water temperature and ambient temperature.

Truwater is a manufacturer of specialised wet and hybrid type cooling towers. In the last 30 years, Truwater has constructed highly efficient and environmentally friendly cooling towers for the air-conditioning, power generation, biomass co-generation, petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, steel mills, food and other processing industries.
